Do not miss the EXPO 2024DayHours:MinutesSecondWhat happened at Expo 2023: Come to Great Lakes EXPO and experience the expanded Innovation Experience, focusing on labor saving technologies. A whole aisle will be dedicated to innovation and agricultural technologies. Main Street will be a place where companies can display their latest products. Both Courtenay DeHoff, and Peterson Farm Bros., will be present. Tuesday is the day for the lavender industry to hold their program.Registration to be Available This FallThe Great Lakes ExpoThe Great Lakes Fruit, Vegetable, and Farm Market Expo and Michigan Greenhouse Growers Expo will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest in agriculture and produce.Great Lakes Horticulture is predominantly family-owned, multigenerational, and owner-operated. In the Great Lakes Region, over 1 million acres are planted with vegetables each year. 147 Michigan farms with more than 250 acres of vegetables. 279 Michigan orchards are larger than 100 acres.On the show floor, it's easy to find the decision makers. Over 1,000 attendees are from outside Michigan. The trade show is an event unto itself. Over 800 booths and 400 vendors are available.Over the course of three days, 70+ educational sessions and workshops are scheduled. There are sessions on greenhouses, specialty crops, farm marketing and more. For more information, please see our September brochure. Many of the sessions will feature Michigan State University and other universities' specialty crop researchers. Attending many sessions will earn you pesticide credits.The Expo has many receptions and special events. The stage area and the agritourism network area have been expanded.
