MD&M South (formerly known as IM Engineering South / IME South) is the Southeast's most comprehensive manufacturing event, held at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The event brings the full manufacturing process together in a single show, uniting six sectors: MedTech (medical device design and manufacturing), Automation, Packaging, Design & Manufacturing, Plastics, and Powder & Bulk Solids.

The most recent edition took place in 2026, and the next edition is scheduled for April 19-20, 2028, again at the Charlotte Convention Center (501 S College St, Charlotte, NC). Expo opening hours for the 2028 edition have not yet been announced (TBD).

Attendees include engineers, executives, R&D experts, manufacturing and production professionals, quality control experts, and buyers. Notable past attendee companies include Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Baxter, BMW, Siemens, Honeywell, BASF, and Bayer.

The event is organized by Informa Markets, a trading division of Informa PLC. The former official website www.imengineeringsouth.com now permanently redirects to www.mdmsouth.com, reflecting the event's current MD&M South branding.
