You can enjoy the chefs' signature dishes and inspired creations. Beverage offerings include a variety of wines, cocktails and craft beers, as well as sodas and locally roasted espresso. Culinaire is held on the traditional territory of the l@kw@NG@n speaking Peoples, the Songhees First Nations and Esquimalt. With gratitude, we recognize how fortunate it is to live, play, and work on lands Indigenous nations have called their home for centuries. Story.Culinaire is a space where Victorians can taste food and drinks from a variety of places. They can learn where the products come from, why they are made, and discover new businesses to visit again. We created an event that allows guests to taste the best of what Victoria has to offer. It also gives restaurants and purveyors the opportunity to connect with customers and earn their business.
