LifeSpan’s largest annual gathering is hosted by its educational subsidiary, The Beacon Institute. The 2025 edition was in Ocean City, MD (16–19 September 2025). The next edition is at the same convention center.The Expo itself is an online event featuring live chat, 1:1 meetings, a job board, and game showcases. Optional features include gathering local communities to watch the same stream.The program covers continuing education, an expo of vendors who support senior-care providers, and networking among colleagues. Awards presented at the conference include the LifeSpan + Ceca Foundation Hero Award, the Chairman’s Award, and the Mayer Handelman Award (with ASCP).
