SweetTARGi (Targi Cukiernicze, Piekarnicze i Lodziarskie) is Poland's trade fair for the confectionery, bakery and ice-cream industries, organised by FairEXPO. The 2027 edition runs 8–10 April 2027 at AMBEREXPO in Gdańsk. Opening hours are 10:00–17:00 on 8–9 April and 10:00–16:00 on 10 April. The event gathers hundreds of exhibitors and over 7,500 visitors from the HoReCa, confectionery and bakery sectors.
