- This is the 9th edition, organised by RX / RELX (Singapore). The 2025 show recorded 3,621 attendees from 53 countries/regions, 134 exhibitors, 59 speakers, 6,259 m² of exhibition space and four official pavilions. The venue is listed as carbon-neutral with triple-platinum sustainability certification (LEED, BCA Green Mark, EIC Sustainable Event Standards).
The show is aimed at airport operators, airlines, ground handlers, ANSP/ATC, cargo and logistics, engineering and infrastructure, government/regulators and solution providers. Typical sourcing includes ground support equipment (GSE), airport equipment, security, and data-driven operational technology. The IASEA 2027 conference programme covers automation, digitalisation, intelligent systems and data-driven decision-making for apron, ramp and airfield operations.

Admission is for industry professionals only (18+); a registered admission pass is required. A VIP Buyer Programme (invitation/qualification; upgrades until 28 February 2027) offers matchmaking meetings. Visitor-pass registration was still listed as coming soon on the official site at the time of verification.
