The Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival is an annual fall celebration of garlic, local produce and handmade crafts, held at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds in Bethlehem, CT. The 21st edition takes place October 10–11, 2026.

Fresh garlic and fall produce from local growers
Garlic food court: roasted garlic sausage, wood-fired garlic pizza, garlic ice cream and more
Live music, cooking demonstrations and garlic-growing lectures
Handmade crafts, specialty food vendors and a children's activity zone (pony rides, petting zoo, bounce house)
