Boats and Bluegrass 2026
Boats and Bluegrass is a family-friendly weekend music festival at Prairie Island Campground on the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota. The next edition is from September 24–26, 2026. Full-weekend tickets include general admission camping, music, and boat rentals for the whole weekend. Kids 16 and under are free with a paying adult. Ticket tiers offer the same access; earlier tiers cost less and close when sold out. The festival does not sell day passes. Campers with an RV over 24 feet must buy a reserved camping pass through Prairie Island Campground. Reserved RV spaces go on sale on January 1, 2026. The campground is located in the Driftless Area along the river bluffs. Food trucks and vendors may apply via the organizer site.
