SXSW Conference & Festivals 2027
SXSW Conference & Festivals 2027 is scheduled for March 15–21, 2027 in Austin, Texas. The organizer homepage states those dates for the Austin edition.
The official 2027 preview says the Austin Convention Center is still under construction, so the event is again a pop-up SXSW Creative Village across downtown Austin rather than a single convention hall. Programming covers Innovation, Film & TV, Music, and Comedy. The same page says Innovation core programming runs Monday through Friday, while Film and Music keynotes and featured sessions continue on Saturday. It also announces a dedicated SXSW Podcast Festival for March 17–20.
Clubhouses named for 2027 are the Innovation Clubhouse at Brazos Hall, the Film & TV Clubhouse at 800 Congress, and the Music Clubhouse at The Thompson Hotel. Film & TV venues listed include ACL Live at The Moody Theater, State Theatre, Violet Crown, AFS Cinema, Zach Theatre, Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar, and Rollins Theatre. The Music Festival page says the music program uses close to 60 venues across downtown Austin.
This listing is only the Austin Conference & Festivals dates (March 15–21). SXSW EDU, which the organizer places March 13–16, 2027 ahead of the main event, is not included. Other SXSW cities are not this edition.
