FITHEP Expoalimentaria Latinoamericana is the 24th International Fair of Technology for Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate, Confectionery, Baking and Food Service. The 2027 edition takes place from May 30 to June 2, 2027 at La Rural, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Held biennially in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, FITHEP brings together the latest technologies, raw materials and services for the food industry, convening more than 20,000 professional visitors and over 300 national and international brands. Organised by Publitec S.A.
