B-CAD (Building Construction Architecture Design) is an international trade fair for construction, architecture and design, organised by Edilsocialnetwork. The next edition takes place2027年9月17日–19日 at Roma Convention Center “La Nuvola”(EUR, Rome).
The show is positioned as a matching platform between manufacturers, architecture and engineering studios, contractors, public bodies and investors. Thematic areas listed by the organiser include architecture and design; construction and materials; systems and climate control; and digitalisation, software and BIM. Two macro zones on the floor bring together design/hospitality/finishes on one side and construction, openings, plant and BIM on the other, with a central arena for training, workshops and ambassador-led sessions.
The organiser describes B-CAD as ISFCERT ACCREDIA certified and unique in Rome in this format. Planned scale cited on the official site includes 150+ international conferences, 500+ exhibitors and 100+ international studios. The venue, Massimiliano Fuksas’s Nuvola, offers about 26,000 m² in a strategic location in the capital.
