The STLE Annual Meeting & Exhibition is the tribology and lubrication engineering community's flagship annual conference and trade show, organised by the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). The 2027 edition brings together more than 1,600 industry professionals from corporate, government and academic institutions.

The technical programme features more than 400 presentations across 26 tracks covering lubricant additives, metalworking fluids, base oils, condition monitoring and testing analysis, industrial fluids, synthetic lubricants, lubrication management, environmental protection and re-refining, the Robert Erck student poster competition and the Commercial Marketing Forum, where suppliers present new products and technologies. Nine industry-specific education courses run alongside the conference.

The trade show hosts 100+ exhibiting companies, from additive and base-oil suppliers to test-equipment makers and consulting services. Standard booths are 10 x 10 feet, with six 20 x 20 foot SuperSized booths available. Published exhibit hours: Monday, May 3, 12 p.m.-5 p.m.; Tuesday, May 4, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, May 5, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., with Exhibitor Appreciation Hours on Monday and Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
