TUTTOFOOD 2028
TUTTOFOOD is the B2B trade fair for the entire agri-food sector, taking place May 8-11, 2028 at Fiera Milano, Milan, Italy. The fair covers the entire agri-food ecosystem, bringing together food and beverage brands from Europe and around the world. Special areas include the Bakery Arena, TuttoBio, TUTTO Fruit & Veg, Mixology Experience, the Startup Area and Bellavita Expo. The program features dedicated buyer programs, matchmaking and networking opportunities, and conferences on supply chains, ESG, innovation, and retail and HoReCa trends, alongside awards such as the Better Future Award, Alimentando Awards, Pizza DOC Global Vision Award and Great Taste. Brazil will be the Country Focus of TUTTOFOOD 2028. The event is organized by Fiere di Parma S.p.a. (Viale delle Esposizioni 393A, 43126 Parma, Italy), with an International Area pavilion run by Koelnmesse. The previous edition, held May 11-14, 2026 at Fiera Milano, was a record-breaking edition with +30% attendance and press expectations of over 100,000 visitors. Opening hours for the 2028 edition have not yet been published.
