Americas Food & Beverage Show 2027
The Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference is the leading international B2B trade show for the food and beverage industry in the Americas, organised by World Trade Center Miami and sponsored by NASDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The 30th edition closed in September 2026 with 11,700 on-site attendees, 990 exhibiting companies, 115 visiting countries and 22 international pavilions. The 31st edition is scheduled for 27-29 September 2027 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, held in Halls A, B and C. The show floor is supported by the Center Stage programme, the beverage demonstration stage and a multi-track conference, and a VIP Hosted Buyers Programme offers approved international buyers complimentary registration, a dedicated buyers lounge, matchmaking support and hosted hotel accommodation during show dates. The Americas Food & Beverage Show is open to the trade only.
