MoreFood Expo 2027 - China Foodservice Supply Chain Expo
MoreFood Expo is a professional B2B foodservice supply chain exhibition organised by Shanghai Huahao Exhibition Co., Ltd., a member of Huamo Group. It connects restaurant chains, hotels, group catering companies, food distributors, retailers, manufacturers and international buyers with suppliers through exhibitions, buyer programmes, sourcing meetings and industry events.
The 2027 edition runs from 25 to 27 February 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, occupying 300,000 square metres across eight halls.
The product scope covers prepared foods, seafood, meat and poultry, seasonings, beverages, food processing, central kitchen and packaging equipment, with more than 5,000 exhibitors, over 130,000 products and an expected 250,000 professional visitors.
Two themed exhibitions run concurrently: Catering Solutions Expo, covering catering production, processing, operations and supporting services including menu innovation, central and smart kitchens, supply chain, digital management, packaging and store-front solutions; and FME Food Machinery Expo, covering food processing equipment, central kitchen solutions, packaging and labelling machinery, cold chain and refrigeration, inspection and smart manufacturing.
