Mondial du Fromage 2027
The Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers is the premier international trade fair for the cheese and dairy sector, taking place at the Parc Expo in Tours from 12 to 14 September 2027. It gathers the full supply chain – affineurs, dairy producers, distributors, equipment manufacturers, chefs and gastronomy professionals – to showcase innovations, equipment and market trends. Core attractions include three flagship competitions: the World Best Cheesemaker contest (theoretical tests, blind tasting, cutting and plating), the International Products contest (over 1,900 cheeses, yogurts, butters and flavored products judged by a panel of 320 experts), and the Best Apprentice Creamery‑Fromager contest. Additional highlights are a digital salon, safety‑certified exhibitor zones, tasting evenings, and a “Plateau de Fromages” showcase where experts present curated cheese selections. The event also promotes the BIO sector, offers free professional badges, and reinforces Tours’ reputation as a gastronomic hub in the Loire Valley.
