The Kansas Agri Business Expo is the region's largest indoor agribusiness tradeshow, jointly sponsored by the Kansas Grain and Feed Association (KGFA) and the Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association (KARA). The 2026 edition takes place November 18–19 in Wichita, Kansas, and typically draws more than 1,200 attendees covering grain, feed, crop inputs, equipment, and related agribusiness.
KGFA is a voluntary association representing grain receiving, storage, processing, and shipping across Kansas, with more than 950 member locations and about 98 percent of commercially licensed grain storage in the state. KARA represents more than 700 agribusiness retailers supplying fertilizers, crop protection, seed, petroleum, and agronomic services, plus related manufacturers and distributors.
Dates and venue
Show dates are Wednesday, November 18 and Thursday, November 19, 2026, at Century II Convention Center (225 W. Douglas Ave.) with headquarters at the adjacent Hyatt Regency Wichita. Pesticide recertification (1A and 7B/4) is offered during the expo.
According to the official KGFA calendar, the overall program runs from 7:00 a.m. on November 18 through 8:00 p.m. on November 19. Exhibitor materials list tradeshow floor hours of 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 11:20 a.m.–3:00 p.m. on Thursday, plus a ribbon-cutting, scholarship auction, Chairmen's Reception, and evening events at the Hyatt.
