Government Innovation New York 2026
Government Innovation New York is Public Sector Network's one-day, in-person forum for public sector leaders from New York State agencies and local government, held on 12 November 2026 at the Albany Capital Center in Albany, New York.
The program is built for officials working on digital transformation across the state, with sessions on responsible AI adoption, transparent procurement, future-ready IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital service delivery. Public Sector Network frames the day around proven strategies and implementations that are already working in New York government rather than vendor theory, with government speakers leading the discussion.
The 2026 edition is guided by a steering committee of New York public sector technology executives, including the Deputy Commissioner for Human Capital at the New York City Fire Department, the Director of Digital Service at the New York State Office of General Services, the Chief Technology Officer of the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the Director of the AI Plus Institute at the University at Albany.
Registration and networking open at 7:30 AM, with the main program running from 8:30 AM through the closing sessions in the late afternoon. The format combines keynotes, panel discussions, roundtables and structured networking for executives, data and AI leads, and technology partners serving state and local government.
