Community Employment Day Career Fair
The 26th Annual Community Employment Day Career Fair is a leading recruitment event designed to connect employers with a highly diverse and qualified pool of professionals. It targets candidates across all communities, including Women, People of Color, Seniors, LGBTQ individuals, People with Disabilities, and Veterans. Events are held in both In-Person and Virtual Video formats.

Co-hosted by the Community Recruiter’s Network, the event includes a morning Community Roundtable for employers featuring a Continental Breakfast, the Community Spirit Achievement Awards Ceremony, and Key Learning Speakers. Major clients include the FBI, CIA, Microsoft, Boeing, and Kaiser Permanente. Fairs run from 11 AM to 3 PM and are supported by extensive multi-media advertising campaigns to ensure high attendance of qualified candidates.
