About the MindBodySpirit Festival
The MindBodySpirit Festival is Australia's wellness festival - a world of wellness, inspiration and shopping. Visitors can hear featured Main Stage speakers alongside an exciting lineup of healers, thought leaders and performers, and explore dedicated zones including Beauty, Nourish and Wellbeing, each designed to dive deeper into holistic living, self-care and wellness.
The brand-new Healing Hub offers calming workshops and healing experiences including meditation, sound healing and breathwork. The festival also features a Ceremony Space, Prizes, Festival Specials and an exhibitor directory spanning the wellness spectrum.
The Sydney edition
The Sydney edition takes place 8 - 11 October 2026 at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney). Tickets are available via the official festival website.
The 2026/27 tour also visits Melbourne (13 - 15 November 2026, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre) and Brisbane (26 - 28 February 2027, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre).
