The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is an annual five-day food and wine festival celebrating the best of Santa Fe's Southwestern cuisine and world-class wines. The 35th annual edition runs September 22-27, 2026.
Since 1991 the festival has grown from a modest one-day gathering into a week-long celebration connecting more than 60 participating restaurants and 90+ winery partners with over 3,500 guests each September.
