EHI Connect is the EHI Retail Institute's annual conference for digital and connected retail. The next edition is29–30 September 2026 at Denkquartier, Lindner Hotel Düsseldorf Seestern, Lütticher Straße 130, 40547 Düsseldorf.
The programme combines stage talks, practitioner presentations, an interactive workshop, and networking. Conference, evening event, and accommodation are under one roof. The exclusive Connect Bar Night takes place in Otto's Skybar on the 19th floor.
Official programme hours (not a single public open time — do not treat as unified start/end):
- Tuesday 29 September 2026: check-in and welcome breakfast 09:00–10:00; sessions from 10:00; dinner and networking 18:30; Connect Bar Night 20:00.
- Wednesday 30 September 2026: doors and welcome coffee 08:30–08:55; sessions from 08:55; wrap-up and close about 15:30.
