Cucinare, the quality food and wine exhibition, is hosted within Ortogiardino, the horticulture, floriculture and nursery fair, at the Pordenone Fairgrounds. A dedicated pavilion (5-bis-ter) adjacent to the central entrance showcases food and wine exhibitors to an audience of over 60,000 visitors across 9 days.

Special attention is given to seasonal, vegetarian and sustainable cuisine, with events promoting local biodiversity and zero-kilometer ingredients.
